  1. USERS

    This section contains all the information you will need to:
    register on the Piaggio RMI site; obtain the information necessary for your profile; log into the site.

    1. Registration

      To register on the Piaggio RMI site, you will need a VAT number and must be the owner of a business operating directly or indirectly in the automotive repair sector. During the registration process, you will be asked to choose a user profile demonstrating that the area of business of your company is appropriate for the services requested.

    2. User account maintenance

      Your user account information, including your e-mail address and telephone number, may be modified in this area. You may also modify the invoicing address or trading name of your company in this area. To access the “User account maintenance” function: register, then log in with the username received by e-mail and your chosen password:
      Select the option “Your Information” .

    3. Login

      Once you have registered on the site, you may log in from this area. You may also reset your password from this area if you have forgotten it.

        The “Login” function is accessible directly from the home page:
        To log in, enter the username received by e-mail and your chosen password.

      2. Forgotten password

        The “Forgotten password” function is accessible directly from the home page.
        Enter your username to reset your access credentials; a message with a link for defining a new password will be sent to the e-mail address specified in your profile.

  2. PAYMENT

    Once you have registered on the site, subscriptions for online access to repair and maintenance information may be purchased from this area.
    The “Payment” function is accessible directly from the "Purchase" option in the home page after logging in.

  3. SELECTION METHODS
    1. Browsing

      You may browse through the structure of the documentation from this area: the “Browse” function is only accessible if a subscription has already been purchased. Log in with the username received by e-mail and your chosen password. Select “Your Subscriptions”, and select a subscription in “Active” or “Pending Activation” status.

  4. INFORMATION PACKS

    Technical information subdivided into packs may be accessed from this area, with availability subject to purchase of a subscription with a minimum duration of one day.

    1. Spare parts catalogue

      From this area, you may access information for searching spare part numbers, with availability subject to purchase of a subscription with a minimum duration of one hour. Log in with the username received by e-mail and your chosen password. Select the brand and model, then select "Spare parts catalogue".

    2. Use and maintenance manuals

      From this area, you may access information relative to the use and maintenance of the vehicle (as included in the documentation provided to the customer), with availability subject to purchase of a subscription with a minimum duration of one hour. Log in with the username received by e-mail and your chosen password. Select the brand and model, then select "Use and maintenance manual".

    3. Workshop Manuals

      From this area, you may access information relative to maintenance, with availability subject to purchase of a subscription with a minimum duration of one hour. Log in with the username received by e-mail and your chosen password. Select the brand and model, then select "Workshop manuals".

    4. Electrical circuit diagram

      From this area, you may access the electrical circuit diagrams of vehicles, with availability subject to purchase of a subscription with a minimum duration of one hour.
      This function is accessible upon purchase of a workshop manual subscription. Log in with the username received by e-mail and your chosen password. Select the brand and model, then select "Electrical circuit diagrams".

    5. Technical notes

      Technical Notes may be accessed from this area, with availability subject to purchase of a subscription with a minimum duration of one hour. Log in with the username received by e-mail and your chosen password. Select the brand and model, then select "Technical Notes".

    6. Repair times

      From this area, you may access information relative to repair procedures, also known as "service time schedules", with availability subject to purchase of a subscription with a minimum duration of one hour. Log in with the username received by e-mail and your chosen password. Select the brand and model, then select "Repair times".

    7. Campaign information

      This area may be used to determine if a particular vehicle is subject to a Recall Campaign implemented by the Piaggio Group. This function is accessible from the side bar at the top left of the home page. Log in with the username received by e-mail and your chosen password.
      Enter the VIN number of the vehicle. Any campaigns that the vehicle is subject to will be indicated.

    8. Workshop procedures
      1. Periodical roadworthiness tests

        Piaggio Group does not produce documentation relative to the preparation of vehicles for periodical roadworthiness testing, and does not distribute such documentation to its authorised network. As a result, and in compliance with Regulation (EU) 168/2013 EC, information relative to these procedures is not available.

    9. Accessories

      From this area, you may access information for searching spare part numbers, with availability subject to purchase of a subscription with a minimum duration of one hour. Log in with the username received by e-mail and your chosen password. Select the brand and model, then select "Technical Accessories".

      1. Non-original accessories

        Piaggio Group does not provide its Authorised Network with installation instructions for non-original accessories.
        As a result, and in compliance with Regulation (EU) 168/2013 EC, information regarding non-original accessories is not available.

    10. Vehicle conversion

      Piaggio Group does not provide its Authorised Network with information relative to aftermarket conversions.
      As a result, and in compliance with Regulation (EU) 168/2013 EC, this information is not available.

    11. Specific tools

      To see the specific tools and equipment developed by Piaggio Group for its vehicles, access the workshop manuals and view the list of specific tools in the relative chapter. Where applicable, specific tools are also shown when needed in the chapters relative to procedures for disassembling and reassembling engine or vehicle components.
      This function is available after logging in and purchasing a “Workshop Manual” pack.

  5. VEHICLE DIAGNOSIS

    Information relative to "Vehicle Diagnosis" may be accessed from this area, with availability subject to purchase of a workshop manual subscription with a minimum duration of one hour. Diagnosis is handled in a specific chapter of the workshop manuals. Certain diagnostic functions are not available, as they are not provided by the Piaggio Group to its Authorised Network, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 168/2013 EC.

    1. DTC resolution

      This section may be used to access information relative to diagnosis using DTCs, for the interpretation of errors detected and indicated by the electronic control unit. Descriptions of errors are given in the chapter 'Diagnosis'. As a result, to access this information, a subscription for the workshop manual with a duration of at least one hour is required. Log in with the username received by e-mail and your chosen password. Select the brand and model, then select "Workshop manual/Diagnosis/Errors".

    2. Integrated diagnosis

      Piaggio Group does not provide its Authorised Network with an interactive integrated diagnosis system.
      As a result, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 168/2013 EC, this form of diagnosis is not available.

  6. ELECTRONIC VEHICLE HISTORY

    Piaggio Group does not maintain an electronic history of the vehicles of its brands.
    As a result, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 168/2013 EC, this functionality is not available.
